1. 6:30 p.m. – Practice time for all match categories.  ​

2. 7:00 p.m. – Singles matches will be played. ​

3. 7:40 p.m. - Transition & Practice Time. ​

​

4. 7:50 p.m. – Doubles matches will be played. ​

​

5. 8:30 p.m. - Transition & Practice Time. ​

​

6. 8:40 p.m. – Mixed Doubles matches will be played. ​

​

7. Teams consist of a minimum of 4-8 players with a minimum of 2 men and 2 women per team. Teams must choose a team captain.  ​

​

8. Club monitors will take the scores after every match. ​

​

9. There will be 6 teams in the league this season. Official night for the league will be Monday and/or Tuesday evenings. Thursday evenings are reserved for rain dates.  ​

​

10. Teams can call players from the Spare List. If a team is unable to find player(s) for a match, it will be deemed a default.  ​

​

11. A weekly meeting between two teams consists of a men’s and women’s singles match, a men’s and women’s doubles match, and a mixed doubles match.  ​

​

12. Every match in a weekly meeting is worth one point for the winning team, with a maximum of 5 points up for grabs per weekly meeting.  A tie in the match will result in 0.5 point per team. ​

​

13. The league will follow a double round robin format where each team will face each other twice during the season with 1 position night at the end of the first round robin.  3 weeks of playoffs will be held at the end of the season. ​

​

14. NO MATCHES can be rescheduled at another time. Teams that cannot commit to one evening will see their matches defaulted for that week.
