When: Saturday, April 28 and Saturday, May 12 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm
Where: Blackburn Tennis clubhouse located at 2669 Innes

• In person: New members may register at any time the clubhouse is staffed (2669 Innes Rd.)
• By mail: Fill out the registration form below and mail it along with a cheque to:
